We would rather say that than present our own numbers as if they came from the reference. What there is, is a conflict between two parts of this garment that is worth explaining.

The pleats and the stretch lining disagree, and that is the first thing. The pleats in this cloth are set with heat, which is how permanent pleats are made: the fibre is pressed into a shape and holds the memory of it. The lining is 5% elastane, which means it wants to stretch. Put the two together and every time the wearer sits or walks, the lining stretches and the pleated shell does not, so the lining pulls at the pleats from inside. What that does over time is soften them: the crisp edge of each pleat rounds off, and a skirt that arrived with knife sharp pleats comes back from its first cleaning looking tired. There are two honest answers. Use a lining without stretch and hang it loosely so it is not sewn into every pleat seam, or keep the stretch lining and accept that the pleats will relax. We would strongly recommend the first on a garment at this price, because pleats are the whole reason the dress costs what it does.

Viscose is the wrong fibre for a pleat, and that is the second, and it compounds the first. Viscose can be pleated, but it does not hold a pleat the way polyester does, and it has a second weakness that matters here: it loses strength when it is wet and it relaxes with humidity. A viscose pleated skirt can go limp on a damp day. That is almost certainly why dry clean only is stated, and it is the right instruction for the fibre. But it is also worth saying plainly that if you want pleats that last, polyester holds them far better than viscose does, and that is a trade worth making deliberately: polyester pleats survive, viscose pleats drape more beautifully, and you are choosing between durability and beauty rather than between good and bad.

The lace trim, the length and the packing are the third. Lace trim on a pleated skirt is a detail that fights the pleats, because trim does not pleat: it has to be applied across the top of them or cut at each fold, and if it is applied flat across pleats it will hold them closed and stop the skirt opening. That is a construction decision to make at sampling rather than discover in production. On the length, 59 inches is a floor length on most people and the listing gives no model height to check it against, so we would set your length range from your own customer heights. And on packing, which is the thing people forget: a pleated garment must be packed folded along its pleats or rolled, never compressed across them, and it usually needs to be shipped folded in a way that does not flatten the pleat memory.
