That is what happens when a concealed zip goes into a lightweight chiffon without anything behind it: the zip tape is stiffer than the cloth, so the cloth bunches around it and the whole thing stands away from the back. The fix is a facing or a stay behind the zip and pressing the seam open rather than to one side, and then checking it on the body rather than flat. A zip that stands out is visible in every photograph taken from behind, which is most of them.

The halter and the cloth are the third. A third buyer says the two sides of the neck sit differently, and looking at the reference images there is some asymmetry there. A halter has to be cut and sewn as a mirrored pair, and it will not be unless the pattern is checked as a pair and the clasp position is set rather than fitted by eye on the line. On the cloth itself, 100% silk chiffon is a beautiful and fragile choice: it snags, it creases, and it is weakened by water, which is why dry clean only is stated.
