A-Line Arabic Evening Dresses in Silver - Sample Order
فساتين السهرة كلوش لون فضي translates roughly to "evening dress". In production terms it is a set of decisions rather than a single garment, which is exactly why it is worth specifying properly before the sample is cut.
In production these are evening dresses, cut in silver. An A-line evening dress clears the hip and falls from the bust or the waist. It is the most forgiving block in the range and the easiest to grade from a 2XL up to a 5XL.
Silver beading tarnishes. Specify an anti-tarnish finish and a sealed bag, or the stock will look used before it is sold.
What Has To Be Specified
- Block: A-Line bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Colour: Silver, with a lab dip approved against a physical swatch under both D65 and warm indoor light.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production
An A-line evening dress clears the hip and falls from the bust or the waist. It is the most forgiving block in the range and the easiest to grade from a 2XL up to a 5XL.
Grading is where the money disappears: every detail placed by eye on the sample has to be measured on the pattern, or the size run drifts.
Two rolls of the same colour name will not match. Buy one lot, keep a roll reference with the order, and cut the whole run from it.
Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.
