Khaleeji Arabic Evening Dresses with a Sleeveless Cut - Sample Order
When a request arrives with فساتين السهرة كت خليجية in it, the useful first question is not the price. It is which of these attributes the buyer actually intends to sell on.
In production these are sleeveless evening dresses in the khaleeji direction. A ball gown carries a boned bodice and a skirt built from layers: tulle or organza over a crinoline, with the volume set by the number of layers rather than by the fabric weight.
Sleeveless means the armhole is the fit. Depth, curve and binding all have to be right before the first sample is cut. Khaleeji styling means coverage plus drama - long sleeves or a cape, a heavily worked bodice, and a skirt with real sweep for a hall or a marquee.
What Has To Be Specified
- Block: Ball Gown bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Detail: Sleeveless. Sleeveless means the armhole is the fit. Depth, curve and binding all have to be right before the first sample is cut.
- Colour: name the exact tone and send a swatch. In this category a photo is not a colour reference.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production
A ball gown carries a boned bodice and a skirt built from layers: tulle or organza over a crinoline, with the volume set by the number of layers rather than by the fabric weight.
Sleeveless means the armhole is the fit. Depth, curve and binding all have to be right before the first sample is cut.
Two rolls of the same colour name will not match. Buy one lot, keep a roll reference with the order, and cut the whole run from it.
Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.
Beading is quoted per panel and bought per gram. A 15% allowance sounds generous until the third size run lands.
Options We Can Build To
- Shell swap: the same block in a lighter or heavier version of the base cloth, priced separately.
- Detail alternatives on the Sleeveless: scaled up, reduced to a plain panel, or moved to the back for a cleaner front.
- Lining: unlined bodice with a lined skirt, half-lined, or fully lined - the last one changes the hand and the cost together.
- Sizing: a four-size test run, a standard eight-size run, or a graded run to your own spec sheet.
- Beading: hand-applied, machine-guided, or replaced with embroidery at a lower density and a lower price.
Pre-production sample approval, in-line inspection during cutting, beading and sewing, and a final AQL inspection before packing, with measurement reports and photos shared before shipment.
