On Sale Modest Arabic Evening Dresses for Hijabi - Sample Order
Buyers searching فساتين السهرة للمحجبات تخفيضات are usually sourcing for the Gulf market, where an evening dress is judged in a hall, at a distance, under chandelier light. That changes what the money should be spent on.
In production these are evening dresses in the modest direction. A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.
Modest evening wear needs coverage that still photographs as evening wear: a lined bodice, sleeves to the wrist, and a skirt that keeps its shape when the wearer sits.
Hijabi-friendly evening wear keeps the neckline closed, the sleeve long and the fabric opaque under flash - all three are specification lines, not styling notes. Sale depth is where you trade the lining, the trim density and the bead size, in that order - the customer notices those last.
What Has To Be Specified
- Block: Sheath bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Colour: name the exact tone and send a swatch. In this category a photo is not a colour reference.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production
A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.
Two rolls of the same colour name will not match. Buy one lot, keep a roll reference with the order, and cut the whole run from it.
Beading is quoted per panel and bought per gram. A 15% allowance sounds generous until the third size run lands.
The first sample passes on the form and fails on a body: the waist sits high, the armhole cuts, or the sweep is 4 cm short. Fit on a real model before approving anything.
Options We Can Build To
- Closure: invisible zip, exposed zip, corset lace-up or button placket, each with its own sample requirement.
- Packing: flat-fold with tissue, hanger-ready, or individual sealed bag for glitter and bead styles.
- Lining: unlined bodice with a lined skirt, half-lined, or fully lined - the last one changes the hand and the cost together.
- Beading: hand-applied, machine-guided, or replaced with embroidery at a lower density and a lower price.
Pre-production sample approval, in-line inspection during cutting, beading and sewing, and a final AQL inspection before packing, with measurement reports and photos shared before shipment.
