Lace Arabic Evening Dress in Wine with Satin Accents

Source:News / Time:2026-10-31

When a request arrives with فستان سهرة دانتيل ماروني in it, the useful first question is not the price. It is which of these attributes the buyer actually intends to sell on.

In production this is a lace evening dress, cut in wine. Lace is judged on the ground rather than the pattern: corded lace holds a bodice, soft French lace drapes, and the scalloped edge dictates where the hem can actually finish. A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.

Wine and maroon are the safest deep tones for a beaded bodice, because a bead that is a shade off does not read as a mistake.

What Has To Be Specified

  • Shell: Lace, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
  • Block: Sheath bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
  • Colour: Wine, with a lab dip approved against a physical swatch under both D65 and warm indoor light.
  • Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
  • Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
  • Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
  • Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
  • Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production

Lace is judged on the ground rather than the pattern: corded lace holds a bodice, soft French lace drapes, and the scalloped edge dictates where the hem can actually finish.

A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.

Grading is where the money disappears: every detail placed by eye on the sample has to be measured on the pattern, or the size run drifts.

The hem is where a cheap build shows. A 3 cm hem with a clean catch-stitch reads expensive; a 1 cm overlocked hem reads fast fashion.

The first sample passes on the form and fails on a body: the waist sits high, the armhole cuts, or the sweep is 4 cm short. Fit on a real model before approving anything.

Options We Can Build To

  • Closure: invisible zip, exposed zip, corset lace-up or button placket, each with its own sample requirement.
  • Packing: flat-fold with tissue, hanger-ready, or individual sealed bag for glitter and bead styles.
  • Lining: unlined bodice with a lined skirt, half-lined, or fully lined - the last one changes the hand and the cost together.
  • Closure: invisible zip, exposed zip, corset lace-up or button placket, each with its own sample requirement.

Pre-production sample approval, in-line inspection during cutting, beading and sewing, and a final AQL inspection before packing, with measurement reports and photos shared before shipment.
