Chiffon Turkish Arabic Evening Dresses
Buyers searching فساتين سهرة تركية شيفون are usually sourcing for the Gulf market, where an evening dress is judged in a hall, at a distance, under chandelier light. That changes what the money should be spent on.
In production these are chiffon evening dresses in the turkish direction. Chiffon needs a French seam or an overlocked edge, plus a fusible strip on every seam that takes strain. It also needs a lining that is cut separately. A ball gown carries a boned bodice and a skirt built from layers: tulle or organza over a crinoline, with the volume set by the number of layers rather than by the fabric weight.
Turkish evening wear is a fitted bodice with a very full skirt, usually in tulle or taffeta, and it is the reference most often sent to us with a photo of a bridal salon window.
What Has To Be Specified
- Shell: Chiffon, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
- Block: Ball Gown bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Colour: name the exact tone and send a swatch. In this category a photo is not a colour reference.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production

Two rolls of the same colour name will not match. Buy one lot, keep a roll reference with the order, and cut the whole run from it.
Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.

Options We Can Build To
- Lining: unlined bodice with a lined skirt, half-lined, or fully lined - the last one changes the hand and the cost together.
- Closure: invisible zip, exposed zip, corset lace-up or button placket, each with its own sample requirement.
- Sizing: a four-size test run, a standard eight-size run, or a graded run to your own spec sheet.

Pre-production sample approval, in-line inspection during cutting, beading and sewing, and a final AQL inspection before packing, with measurement reports and photos shared before shipment.
