Velvet Royal Arabic Evening Dress in Emerald with Satin Accents

Source:News / Time:2026-10-31

When a request arrives with فستان سهرة قطيفة اخضر ملكي in it, the useful first question is not the price. It is which of these attributes the buyer actually intends to sell on.

In production this is a velvet evening dress in the royal direction, cut in emerald. Velvet has a nap. Mark every panel and never mix directions, or the dress photographs two-tone - and it can only be pressed on a velvet board. A ball gown carries a boned bodice and a skirt built from layers: tulle or organza over a crinoline, with the volume set by the number of layers rather than by the fabric weight.

A royal direction means the dress carries its decoration centrally - a jeweled bodice, a defined waist and a skirt with controlled volume, nothing asymmetric. Emerald and deep green are the colours most likely to shift under LED lighting, so approve the dip under the light the customer will actually stand in.

What Has To Be Specified

  • Shell: Velvet, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
  • Block: Ball Gown bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
  • Colour: Emerald, with a lab dip approved against a physical swatch under both D65 and warm indoor light.
  • Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
  • Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
  • Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
  • Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
  • Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production

Velvet has a nap. Mark every panel and never mix directions, or the dress photographs two-tone - and it can only be pressed on a velvet board.

Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.

Beading is quoted per panel and bought per gram. A 15% allowance sounds generous until the third size run lands.

Options We Can Build To

  • Packing: flat-fold with tissue, hanger-ready, or individual sealed bag for glitter and bead styles.
  • Sizing: a four-size test run, a standard eight-size run, or a graded run to your own spec sheet.
  • Beading: hand-applied, machine-guided, or replaced with embroidery at a lower density and a lower price.
