Lace Arabic Evening Dresses in Olive or Emerald
When a request arrives with فساتين السهرة دانتيل اخضر زيتي in it, the useful first question is not the price. It is which of these attributes the buyer actually intends to sell on.
In production these are lace evening dresses, cut in olive. Lace is judged on the ground rather than the pattern: corded lace holds a bodice, soft French lace drapes, and the scalloped edge dictates where the hem can actually finish. A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.
Olive photographs darker than it reads in the hand. Light it properly before you approve the beading colour.
What Has To Be Specified
- Shell: Lace, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
- Block: Sheath bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Colour: Olive, with a lab dip approved against a physical swatch under both D65 and warm indoor light.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production
Lace is judged on the ground rather than the pattern: corded lace holds a bodice, soft French lace drapes, and the scalloped edge dictates where the hem can actually finish.
A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.
Beading is quoted per panel and bought per gram. A 15% allowance sounds generous until the third size run lands.
Grading is where the money disappears: every detail placed by eye on the sample has to be measured on the pattern, or the size run drifts.
Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.
