When a request arrives with فساتين سهرة ترتر نيود in it, the useful first question is not the price. It is which of these attributes the buyer actually intends to sell on.

In production these are sequin evening dresses, cut in nude. Sequin fabric is a mesh base with the sequin applied, so it has a direction and a nap. Every panel must be cut the same way, and every seam has to be taped or it will ladder. A sheath evening dress is straight and close, with a walking vent at the back and a lining that has to be cut a few millimetres shorter than the shell so it does not hang below the hem.

Nude only works if it matches the wearer, so a nude range is really a range of three or four dips, not one.

What Has To Be Specified

• Shell: Sequin, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
• Block: Sheath bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
• Colour: Nude, with a lab dip approved against a physical swatch under both D65 and warm indoor light.
• Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
• Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
• Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
• Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
• Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production

The first sample passes on the form and fails on a body: the waist sits high, the armhole cuts, or the sweep is 4 cm short. Fit on a real model before approving anything.

Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.

Beading is quoted per panel and bought per gram. A 15% allowance sounds generous until the third size run lands.

• Lining: unlined bodice with a lined skirt, half-lined, or fully lined - the last one changes the hand and the cost together.
• Sizing: a four-size test run, a standard eight-size run, or a graded run to your own spec sheet.
• Packing: flat-fold with tissue, hanger-ready, or individual sealed bag for glitter and bead styles.

Pre-production sample approval, in-line inspection during cutting, beading and sewing, and a final AQL inspection before packing, with measurement reports and photos shared before shipment.
