Satin Bodycon Arabic Evening Dress in Red
When a request arrives with فستان سهرة ضيقة احمر in it, the useful first question is not the price. It is which of these attributes the buyer actually intends to sell on.
In production this is a satin evening dress, cut in red. Satin shows every needle mark and every bubble at the seam. Use a fine needle, a soft press cloth, and hang the dress for 24 hours before the final measurement. A bodycon evening dress has negative ease, so the shell's stretch and recovery decide the fit more than the pattern does. Any seam that carries load needs a stretch stitch.
Red is the highest-risk dye in the range: it crocks, it bleeds in cleaning, and it varies by lot. Fix the dip and stick to one dyehouse.
What Has To Be Specified
- Shell: Satin, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
- Block: Bodycon bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Colour: Red, with a lab dip approved against a physical swatch under both D65 and warm indoor light.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production

Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.

The hem is where a cheap build shows. A 3 cm hem with a clean catch-stitch reads expensive; a 1 cm overlocked hem reads fast fashion.
