Collection of Brocade A-Line Royal Arabic Evening Dresses
تشكيلة فساتين سهرة ملكية بروكار كلوش translates roughly to "collection brocade royal evening dress". In production terms it is a set of decisions rather than a single garment, which is exactly why it is worth specifying properly before the sample is cut.
In production these are brocade evening dresses in the royal direction. Brocade carries its pattern in the weave, so the motif repeat - not a print repeat - has to be planned across the bodice and the skirt panels. An A-line evening dress clears the hip and falls from the bust or the waist. It is the most forgiving block in the range and the easiest to grade from a 2XL up to a 5XL.
A royal direction means the dress carries its decoration centrally - a jeweled bodice, a defined waist and a skirt with controlled volume, nothing asymmetric.
What Has To Be Specified
- Shell: Brocade, hand and weight approved on a physical swatch - imported evening cloth rarely matches a screen.
- Block: A-Line bodice, fitted on a real model at the middle size before grading.
- Colour: name the exact tone and send a swatch. In this category a photo is not a colour reference.
- Bodice structure: say whether the bodice is boned, fused, or soft. This single line decides the fit, the price and the packing.
- Lining: state bodice lining, skirt lining and whether the skirt is bagged out at the hem.
- Closure: name the type and position - invisible zip, lace-up back, or covered button placket.
- Sizing: give the size run, the grade rule and the fit model. A Gulf 2XL is not a European 2XL.
- Care: dry-clean-only is normal here; if the trim cannot survive solvent, say so before the label is printed.

Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production
Brocade carries its pattern in the weave, so the motif repeat - not a print repeat - has to be planned across the bodice and the skirt panels.
An A-line evening dress clears the hip and falls from the bust or the waist. It is the most forgiving block in the range and the easiest to grade from a 2XL up to a 5XL.
The hem is where a cheap build shows. A 3 cm hem with a clean catch-stitch reads expensive; a 1 cm overlocked hem reads fast fashion.
Two rolls of the same colour name will not match. Buy one lot, keep a roll reference with the order, and cut the whole run from it.
Pressing decides the finish. Satin and taffeta take a needle mark in a second, and no amount of QC takes it out afterwards.
