How do you develop a robe hijab program with a Chinese manufacturer? Here is the process our customers follow at Bafinasa Garments.
1. Send your requirements - photos, sketches or a tech pack; for modest wear and abayas we can also recommend our own ODM styles.
2. Fabric and trims - we source from partner mills and send fabric cards for approval.
3. Sampling - first sample in 7-10 days, with revisions until the fit is right.
4. Bulk production - cutting, sewing, inline and final inspection under AQL standards.
5. Shipping - private labels applied, FBA cartons packed, export documents prepared.
