Composition claims must be backed by a test report - ask for the fibre content analysis, not just the mill's word, especially on blends.
Weight is quoted loosely across mills. Agree GSM with a tolerance and verify it on the roll you receive, not on the sample swatch.
Stretch recovery is everything - test after three washes and check the seams under load.
