Where Production Goes Wrong
Floats on the reverse side pull the face - agree the maximum float length and the tie-in, then check the back on a finished panel.
Jacquard shrinks differently from a plain weave. Wash a bulk panel and correct the marker before cutting, or the finished size will drift.
Brushed fleece pills at friction points - specify the anti-pilling grade and test on bulk cloth.
