Where Production Goes Wrong
Screen and digital print behave differently on the same substrate - lock the method with the mill, then approve a bulk strike-off, not a lab dip only.
Printing changes the hand-feel. Confirm the finish (softener, calendar or wash) after printing so the final touch matches the buyer's reference.
Canvas frays at the seam - agree a bound or double-turn finish and check the needle size.
