Where Production Goes Wrong
Packing decides the arrival condition. Agree whether the garment ships flat-folded with tissue or on a hanger, and confirm the carton compression limit.
Fit is decided at the block stage. Grading the bust, waist and hip on a live fit model before the marker is cut saves the cost of a second sample round.
